Learn banking by running the bank.
Your group runs a bank for the length of a session. The decisions are theirs, and so are the consequences. Afterwards we talk through every call they made.

Why run a bank instead of reading about one
Most people learn banking one topic at a time. In a real bank those topics collide on the same afternoon, and someone has to decide.
In a session, a team has to agree a plan, live with what happens, and explain it to the rest of the room. The debrief is where most of the learning happens, so I give it the time it needs.
How it runs
- MasterclassA single day with one group
- Course moduleAcross several weeks, alongside your teaching
- In-houseTailored to a bank's own people
Who runs the sessions
I'm Dr Tarko.
I designed Nordmoor and I facilitate every session myself, so the person you speak to is the person in the room.
Who I work with

Development programmes for Treasury, finance, risk and leadership teams.
Universities and business schools
Undergraduate, masters, MBA and executive programmes, as a single class or a full module.
Training providers
A facilitated simulation to sit inside your own banking and finance courses.
Tell me about your group
Who you are teaching, roughly how many, and when. Every engagement is tailored to the group, from a single masterclass to a full course.
I read every enquiry and reply myself.
