Terms of use

These terms apply to this website and the Nordmoor simulation. By using them you agree to these terms. Programmes delivered to an organisation are also covered by the agreement made with that organisation, which takes precedence where the two differ.

For learning only

Nordmoor is a teaching simulation. The bank, its figures, the markets and every scenario are fictional and simplified. Nothing in the simulation, its results, its debrief or its AI feedback is financial, investment, regulatory or professional advice, and none of it describes any real institution. Do not rely on it for real decisions.

Access

Session codes and team links are for the participants of that session. Do not share them outside it, try to access another team's session, or try to disrupt the service, test its security without our written permission, or copy the simulation by automated means.

Ownership

The Nordmoor name, the simulation, its content, model, materials and software are owned by Nordmoor and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may use them to take part in a session or programme you have been given access to. You may not copy, adapt, resell or use them to build a competing product without our written permission.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the service available and correct but provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
